Do you have premiere workers on your site looking for the next challenge? Nominate them for Journeymen Training at our UBC Headquarters in Las Vegas. The aim of the program is to completely change the culture of the construction industry to a transformational culture which uplifts attitude, and productivity of all UBC members on a job site. The Council is committed to “Carpenter Politics”, an inclusive and nonpartisan effort that supports candidates who support our issues—fair wages, bargaining power and apprenticeship, to name a few.
