212 Journeymen: Next Level UBC Leaders

This training is a brand new DET program and is unique in that it is only open to journeymen that have completed the UBC Journeymen: Building Leadership for a Strong Future program. Specifically, it is for returning journeymen who have exemplified the principles of the UBC Journeymen program and returned to their job sites demonstrating elevated leadership.

There are no scheduled training sessions for the 212 Leadership Training, but applications are still being accepted for any future trainings.
