➤ If my children are out of school and I have to take care of them, do I qualify for unemployment?

It depends.

Unemployment benefits are available to individuals who are totally or partially unemployed due to no fault of their own.

If work is still available with your employer (whether in-person or by teleworking), you may not qualify for benefits. Click HERE for more info from the Montana Department of Labor and Industry.
