The Pacific Northwest Regional Council was offered to send 180 UBC journey level members to the International Training Center on March 3-6, 2016 for the UBC International’s “Journeyman Leadership” (a.k.a. 300 Hitter) program. 180 journey-level Carpenters from our Council can take part in this exciting training!

This three day program is geared towards developing the strong leadership qualities of current leaders on the job. You will learn UBC history, and the current UBC vision and how you are a part of it. Space is limited, and demand is high.

Your room and board will be paid for, and the Council will reimburse for up to 16 hours of lost wages and benefits. Application can be found here:
