Si su empleador lo despide o lo descansa mientras usted está ausente, entonces usted puede calificar para desempleo.</p>
<p>Sin embargo, se requiere que usted pueda y se mantenga activamente buscando trabajo cada semana que este colectando beneficios de desempleo. Si usted no tiene niñera y puede regresar a su trabajo o aceptar una oferta de trabajo, usted no será elegible para obtener beneficios de desempleo.
